Never mind I got it worked out. I changed the type.css file case setting.
I usually change fonts in the stylesheet.css

Yes, I tend to separate the CSS files, but in this case the CAPs should be controlled either from typo.css or layout.css. You can also overwrite the styles with the custom1.css and custom2.css files included.
