Theme Licensing & Use

All themes and digital materials sold and distributed on WPMadness.com are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) as well as with WordPress.

Upon purchase you are authorized to make all the modifications required to fit your needs, and you may use the theme purchased for as many websites, for either personal or commercial use.

Ownership & Liability

You may not claim exclusive ownership or intellectual property to any of the themes released on this website, all the themes from this website modified or not are property of WPMadness.com.

Payment & Delivery

After your payment has successfully been received and processed, you will receive an email with download instructions. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, feel free to contact me via email at helios@wordpressmadness.com.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for any digital software downloaded via this website. All sales are final.

Warranty

All of the themes sold on WPMadness.com are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress under a “clean” installation.  We do not guarantee the themes to be compatible to all the existing browsers, nor guarantee the themes to be compatible to all the plugins, third party applications or scripts available. Every theme page on this website is provided with a fully functioning Live Preview, which you may use to check browser compatibility.
